1. Acceptance of Terms

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of valid identification documents, proof of address, and selfie verification to comply with regulatory standards and prevent fraud.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your 25kbet Account balance to your verified bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all associated Accounts, void any wagers, and forfeit all balances including winnings.

3.4 Prohibited Users

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 25kbet requires completion of our KYC verification process. You must submit clear copies or photos of:

• Valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, address, and photograph
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify 25kbet customer support and change your password.

4.4 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant Accounts with remaining balances. To reactivate a dormant Account, contact customer support.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 20,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers). All deposits are processed instantly or within 15 minutes depending on the method selected.

5.2 Payment Method Ownership

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your 25kbet Account and your KYC identification documents. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be rejected and returned minus any transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours to your verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used for depositing funds. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 25kbet charges no fees for withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP members may be eligible for increased limits based on their loyalty tier. We reserve the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments for security and compliance purposes.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

25kbet complies with international anti-money laundering standards. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering activity will be suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and incentives provided by 25kbet are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page and must be read and accepted before claiming any offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (typically 25x-35x the bonus amount) that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and sports bets vary by odds. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Only your original deposit and winnings from non-bonus funds will be processed.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the sport and the specific betting market. Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the governing sports body or league (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, FIFA). In the event of a match postponement, bets will be voided if the match is not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, unless otherwise specified.

9. Limitations of Liability

10. Account Termination and Suspension

25kbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, attempted to manipulate game outcomes, used the Platform for money laundering, provided false information, or conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to 25kbet or other users.

Upon termination for violations, all pending bets will be voided, bonus balances forfeited, and only your original deposit (if verifiable) may be returned at our discretion. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to completing any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing.

11. Intellectual Property
